Our swimming session at Settle Swimming Pool is on Saturday mornings   9-15am to 1015

Sports injury visitors are welcome. If you have sustained an injury whilst playing sports and you need a quiet environment in which to exercise then please come along to our private session on Saturday mornings. Our resident retired physio will help you along. For a small donation you can join us for a short period until your improvement allows you to return to work or your chosen sport.

People of all ages join us regularly for our Saturday morning session in the pool.
